Mt Scott Church of God relies on the faithfulness of those who call us their church home and we strive to be good stewards of the resources that you so generously share.

You are able to make  a financial contribution to the ministry of Mt Scott Church of God in the following ways:

• Placing it in the offering plate during the regular Sunday worship service.
• Visiting the church office during regular business hours.
• Mailing it to the church office.
• Using the electronic giving method described below.

Electronic Giving

We are excited to offer an automatic withdrawal method for giving.  To take advantage of this convenient method simply complete the Direct Payment Authorization form and return it with a voided check to Cathy Winston via the church office or place it in the offering plate during Sunday service.  The amount that you specify is deducted automatically from your checking or savings account each month.  There are no fees charged to either you or the church for this service.

Finance Action Team (FAT)

The Finance Action Team meets regularly to review the finances of Mt Scott Church of God and make recommendations to the church’s Board of Directors.  Meetings are open to the congregation. For more information please contact the church office or see Stuart Schmaltz.

Church Ministry Plan

The congregation adopts an annual “Ministry Plan” each June to guide the church financially in the coming fiscal year (July-June).  The Finance Action Team provides updates to the congregation at the church’s January and June Business Meetings.  For more information on the Ministry Plan or financial reports please contact Cathy Winston via the church office.
